Royal Mail Delays

Updated: 13th January 2020

We've been getting many reports of late orders. It appears Royal Mail are operating a very erratic service - some deliveries are quick, while others still haven't arrived after 14-days, despite us mailing all 1st class.

Royal Mail staff are struggling with social distancing. However, they not only underestimated Christmas post, but are reluctant to employ extra staff to replace those off with covid.

Oversees mail is also effected with delays, especially to Europe. So please be patient. We expect all delayed mail to eventually arrive.
