To simplify shipping cost, we have a flat-rate of GBP £7.99 (about US$10) on international orders up to £49.99, £12.99 (about US$16) between £50 - £99, and £18 on all orders over £100. For all countries, including the EU. This way we subsidize shipping on large international orders!

Allow 10 to 14-days to arrive - sometimes it will be faster, sometimes longer. However, please don't 'chase up' your order until after 14-days. Occasionally packages can be held up by your customs and there could be a small tax charge, but usually there's no problems. If you need to receive faster, sometimes we can mail by express courier like DHL - please click here to email for a quote of cost & time. 

Credit card or Paypal is the fastest way to pay us in your own currency - but we also accept direct bank transfers in most main currencies. Please click here to email us telling where you are, what currency you prefer, and for our bank details.  After you transfer funds email us to confirm.
