For simplicity, we operate a flat rate of £2.99 on all UK orders under £39.99. Orders over £40 within the UK, go post free.

All orders are now mailed from Norwich, UK. Usually 6 to 48-hours after the order, unless we're at bead fairs, when orders will be slightly delayed. So best to allow a few days delivery within the UK.

International orders take longer - allow at least 14-days. 

Most orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class, but sometime we will use 2nd class or Hermes. Tracking will only be available on larger orders.
