Price is per 15 1/2-inch string. Each diamond-shaped bead measure 8mm x 6mm - about 65 to the string. Looks like crystal, but much cheaper!
Glass beads are popular because glass is a cheaper alternative to crystal, and available in more shapes, styles and colour. Most glass beads are made from dichroic or lampwork glass. Glass is made from sand, being quartz - so metaphysical properties are similar to crystal.
